Move the fields of Resolve case and Add to queue button

Hy all,

Scenario is: I want to move the field of Resolve Case Button And Add to Queue button to case form within any section.

So, Is it possible to move the fields of default button within form?

Below is the screenshot of Resolve Case button and the pop-up fields of that button want to add within case form.

    Hi Shakti,

    The Resolve Case and Add to Queue forms are not customizable.

    You should add your own custom logic (ribbon buttons) to achieve this.

    Hope this helps.

    I don't need any button, i just want to add fields of that button.

    Hi Shakti,

    This form of Case Resolution (incidentresolution) cannot be edited.

    You can create a custom HTML webresource which opens on click of a custom Resolve Case button by hiding the OOB Resolve Case button.
