Can someone assist with this?

    Rogger,

I searched for that specific message and found this posting from 2012 by Susan Conrod.

    Maybe it will help?

    Thanks!

To troubleshoot the issue, I would like you to perform the following steps.

    1. Please follow these steps to Compact the Microsoft FRx system database and the Current Spec Set database as there could be some data corruption causing the problem.

    A. Have all users click File, and then click Exit to log off from Microsoft FRx.

    B. Have one user log back in to Microsoft FRx as Administrator.

    C. In Microsoft FRx, click File, and then click Compact FRx Database.

    D. Click FRx System Database, click Yes, and then click OK.

    E. Click File, click Compact FRx Database, click Current Spec Set Database, click Yes, and then click OK.

Typically, this kind of error can be corrected by rebuilding the GL Index in FRx - often times you have to destroy some files in the SYSDATA directory prior to doing so.  The following post details the solution to your problem:

Here is a really good post explaining the purpose and best practices around rebuilding the GL Index in FRx - as well as a setting to have this done automatically.
