BOM with components that have different drawings but are perfectly interchangeable: how to manage them?

Sometimes into a production BOM we get one components supplied by different suppliers. Each supplier has a different drawings because he has different manufacturing process but the components irom these suppliers are perfectly interchangeable, into the BOM the P/N is only one. How to manage into the component data sheet the information that there are different Suppliers with different drawings?
