did you try SharePoint integration with D365 for Talent and then move the legacy system docs in SharePoint?
by the way, what kind of documents do they want to migrate?

Yes but that does link the legacy document with the D365 for Talent Record. Take the example of worker record, I am able to upload a document in SharePoint Document library but the document does not appear when I click on the clock. The reccid table is not available in DMF
