Hi,
I am using Omnichannel for Customer Service to receive chats on Customer Service Workspace App.
I know that data is stored in Conversations & Sessions entity. The Sessions entity does have a field for Closure Reason, which states if AgentReject the session or AgentTImeout the session.
If the chat is accepted we can see who has accepted the chat, but if the chat is rejected can't find out who has rejected the chat.
Is there any way we can find out who has rejected the chat request?

Unfortunately, it seems that you can’t check who reject the conversation.
