965I'm trying to set up an alert every time a new sales line is created for a specific warehouse. That's working fine. I see the default notification says "Sales Order: xxxx, XXXXXX (Item number)".
In the email which I have setup using HTML code, in the %for% place holder I get the same info: Sales Order, Item number. The %data% one returns empty.
How can I add more fields in this notification text? For example the Project ID or the quantity. Is this possible? How does AX determine the default field for every alert rule?
