I’m using the Shopify connector in Business Central and have run into an issue I can’t seem to resolve.
I’ve developed an extension in Business Central that adds a note based on a field in the system. The note is successfully added to the Shopify Company table in Business Central, so I know it’s being created. However, the note doesn’t sync over to Shopify itself.
Do I need to do something specific to ensure the note is included in the synchronization? For example:
- Is there a field mapping I need to adjust in the Shopify connector setup?
- Does the connector automatically sync notes from the Shopify Company table, or does this require additional customization?
- Are there any prerequisites for syncing additional fields like notes from Business Central to Shopify?
I’d appreciate any guidance or advice from anyone who’s worked with this connector or dealt with a similar scenario!
