For our upcoming implementation of Dynamics Finance and Operations, we plan to utilize Shared accounts with Device licenses for specific tasks like dispatching goods and creating warranties in Dynamics CE.
However, a significant concern we have is the lack of a comprehensive audit trail for tasks performed under the shared account. It won't be possible to track which user executed each task, which poses a challenge for accountability and monitoring purposes.
Are there any alternative solutions available to address this issue without relying on an external register or individual licenses?
