Transfer Orders

Hi I have a requirement when we creating a Transfer order initially it was in created state after picking 5 out of 10 items and shipped still it is in created state , i want to update this Transfer Order Status through job when I run this job at that time checking that TO has partially shipped items then remaining items should be deleted and to status changed.
