Hello everyone.
3 years ago, i installed the Microsoft Dynamics Marketing App, because i wanted to try it out.
After testing it out for a while i decided to not use it yet and wait until it will be more usefull on the european market.
Some days ago i decided to test it out again, to see what changed, but i am not able to install it anymore. It always ends in a screen which only says "We ran into an error while setting up Dynamics 365 for Marketing for your organization"
I remember redesigning the Powerapp "Marketing-App" to only show functionalitys i planned to use and i cant remember if i ever really uninstalled the Marketing-App correctly.
So i decided to check if there is still my installation but If i go to Power Platform Admin Center -> Resources -> Dynamics 365 Apps, there only appears my failed installation, which offers me to try to install it again.
So i can't find a way to uninstall my installation from 3 years ago and I can't delete the Marketing-App PowerApp, and if i try to install the marketing app it fails without any helpful information.
I saw some installed Solutions from 3 years ago:
Should i delete those, before i try to install the marketing app?
Do you have any Idea what to try out?
