Hi all, does Business Central handle purchase order revisions?

I want to change a line on a PO, but hold this as revision 1 for example to the original PO, and revision 2 and so on each time the PO is changed?

I don't want to create a new PO number, just hold the changes that has happened?

hi,

use "Archive Document" function available on Purchase Order Page and after navigate to Archived Purchase orders to open old releases.

"Archiving" is the revision concept for NAV & BC.

Hi, can you use the same purchase order?

So PO12345 but i might have 5 versions

You can send your PO to archive as many times as you want.
