When users attach an image/file during a PVA chat, I'd like that image to be accessible from the Dynamics customer service case that the bot creates, without having to search for the conversation and manually adding the file. Note that this assumes that the user did NOT escalate to live chat (in which case, they'd have the image in the chat itself and can then move it onto the case), but only submitted a case creation.
I have no problems updating other case fields from the bot, but I can't sort out how to bring the attachment into the case. Does anyone have a solution for this?
