definable Template for Knowledge Articles in Interactive Service Hub?

Hi All

I was wondering if it would be possible to define a template for new Knowledge Articles in the Interactive Service Hub.

Now it only brings a blank page but I would like to have some predefined sentences that come with each new Knowledge Article.

It seems to be an HTML page, so i guess it would not to be so difficult to change from an empty page to some kind of template?

many thanks for your response. Its hard to find information about ISH and Knowledge Articles as even some MS Partners do not really know about it.

    Does anybody have an idea on how to Approach this?

    We would really like to use this functionality but it seems there is now Information available. Not even from MS?

    I think you have to do that programmatically.

    You need a plugin registered to the pre operation - create event.

    As described here:

    msdn.microsoft.com/.../gg309345.aspx

    it would be possible to prefill the "Content" attribute with your template data.

    To make it more configurable it would make sense to create a configuration entity that has a "Content" text field that serves you as a reference for the configuration of the knowlege arcticle you want to create.
