Hi All
I was wondering if it would be possible to define a template for new Knowledge Articles in the Interactive Service Hub.
Now it only brings a blank page but I would like to have some predefined sentences that come with each new Knowledge Article.

1. Symptoms
2. How can the problem be located
3. How to fix the issue.

It seems to be an HTML page, so i guess it would not to be so difficult to change from an empty page to some kind of template?
many thanks for your response. Its hard to find information about ISH and Knowledge Articles as even some MS Partners do not really know about it.
