Visual Studio 2017 and GP 2018 and Menus for Visual Studio

I have begun to upgrade one of my VS class libraries to GP 2018. I have VS Community 2017 with the extensions added for GP. This library uses the Menus for Visual Studio library. When I went to build the project it dropped the WinthropDC.VisualStudioIntgegrationToolkit.dll into the GP Addins folder. Sitting back in the GP 2018 folder is the usual Application.MenusforVisualStudio.dll Aren't these both the same thing? Is one newer than the other? Can I replace one with the other? I prefer to have the minimum number of dlls in the Addins folder.

Application.MenusforVisualStudio.dll is from the old version. I would recommend you remove it if you now have the new Visual Studio Integration Toolkit. I will let David Musgrave know about it as this may just be an oversight with the installer not cleaning up the old assembly.
