Yeah, I felt pretty reassured watching the demo. It looks like the Fall upgrade from Online to 365 is really just a name-only upgrade. You'll be able to unlock (and pay for) new features but the CRM platforms should be identical.
Hi,
From the Dynamic Communities summit keynote, it looks like CRM Online will be rolled into Dynamics 365 similar to how Outlook and Word are rolled into Office 365. You'll have all the same CRM features but there will be related features/products that can interact with it.
