how to send an email notifying change of activity in Ideas forum, dynamics 365 portal

hi,

I am still very new to CRM Online.

So I would really appreciate if someone could guide me step by step.

In the Ideas forum when a user suggests a new idea, the user receives an email notification when:

-changed the state of the Idea

-someone comments on the Idea

-someone vote in favor

I have read numerous blog posts but i get stuck and confused .

it is something urgent, I would appreciate your help.

Hi,

I strongly suggest you to make a bookmark of the idea link and visit regularly.

I haven't seen any notification was sent if any of your desired phase is met.
