I have product which its price is vary based on the selected propitiates, for example:
also there are other properties that can affect the prices as well.
how to implement such scenario?

Thank you Alex for your reply, I reviewed that thread which you shared but still could not find the answer.
I was thinking also to make each propriety as product but I face another issue that is losing the relation between the products and propriety, so will not know which propriety goes with which product when adding them to the sales order.

it seems you'll either have to implement custom calculations (plugins etc), or, possibly, you might set up each "property" as a separate product which has its own price?
