Unable to load Plug-in assembly - Dynamics 365 on premise

Getting below error after I installed dynamics 365 v9. Please help on this

    Hi,

     

    Please try this method 'grant full permissions to Application Service account on C:\Program Files\Dynamics 365\Server\bin\assembly on both front end and back end server' provided in https://www.crmug.com/communities/community-home/digestviewer/viewthread?MessageKey=f5b63d57-7c21-48ac-a74d-9f1d9b644fcb&CommunityKey=dc83c23b-ede0-4070-ae7a-dd90859148a6&tab=digestviewer. Then restart the IIS.
