Mandatory Linking sales return order to original sales order

Hi,

Is there a way to control the creation of sales return orders so that they are always raised based off the original sales order?

i.e. blanket sales return orders are not allowed.

I'm not sure if this is something that can be controlled through security or some other clever mechanism. Trying to get away from doing a modification.

Mandatory Linking sales return order to original sales order

Hi,

By design mandatory linking is not possible, however you can write a small code where value is in line is Minus then will be mandatory, however please consider all the aspects and scenarios before making it.
