What configuration should I do to make Status Reason editable in the power portal?

Hi Everyone, I have created a lead form where I have added the "Status Reason" field but, while accessing this form into the power portal this field is not getting changes it only shows its current status.
Can anyone please tell me what configuration should I do to make it work?
