Hi All,
I signed up a trail version of D365 sales and assigned a license to a user. After the user goes to https://office.com, the Dynamics app is not lised.
I cannot find the Dynamics 365 icon in this link:(please refer to the link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/sign-in-office-365-apps
Any one can help?

Please try to synchronize the application: https://make.preview.powerapps.com/RefreshApps
This process will probably last about 30 minutes, and after the synchronization is complete you will see Dynamic 365 appear here:
Assign license and security roles to users so that they can use the application.

However, I synchronized the app list, however, D565 app is still not there. I cannot see the "Business Apps" in my subscription.

Have you set up the environment?
You will need to create either a sandbox or production environment to have access to Dynamics 365 sales.
