i am searching for easy way to integrate Dynamics 365 online with JIRA.

Easy way to integrate with Jira using Power Automate (Formally Microsoft Flow) .
You can create Automated Flow using Power Automate with required Trigger and do the Action.

As for me, the easiest way is provided by 3rd party apps. They allow you to sync Jira with Dynamics CRM and automate the process of data integration. For instance, Skyvia provides bi-directional data synchronization between Jira and Dynamics 365 (skyvia.com/.../integrate-dynamics-crm-jira).
Skyvia is Jira's partner, I found it on the Atlassian marketplace.
If you havent found a solution yet, Goldfinger Holdings makes a Jira-MS Dynamics integration (Jira Plugin). Are you using Jira Server, Data Center or Cloud?
