VST Customized menus not appear in client system.

In Dynamics GP2016R2, we customized the menus and forms by using VSTools.In work station development system ,add the developed dll in GP-addins folder and then launched GP.Customized menu and form can be working fine and menu is visible.BUT we deployed the same developed dll to client system ,but the customized menu and form is not appearing....Whether it is permission issue or issues in db side.Any body faced this issue?..

Note: Not getting error while launching GP and we loged by 'sa' user....

Finally issue is analysed .VSTool integeration manager have to register otherwise menu and form will not appear.

GP2016R2(16.00.0552)..Both the client and workstation using the same version.We integerate by Winthrop visual integeration tool kit.may be this tool kit will be the cause of problem?
