I'm trying to copy an existing company in my BC online tenant to create a new company in production, but get the below error despite the fact I have SUPER permission set assigned to me. Can someone advise how to overcome this issue, please?
Is it perhaps because we have a payroll extension for which the licence and permissions only cover the company using the extension, and not the new company I am planning to create based on a copy of the existing company that uses the payroll extension?
Hi, it looks like you have Company Name set behind your Super permission. If so, clear it and try again.
