Permissions needed to add a contact to an account

I have a group of users who need to be able to modify existing contacts and add contacts to an account.  They need no other write permissions for accounts.

Is there a way to let them add contacts to an account without giving them broad permissions to update accounts?

    Hello,

    If I'm not wrong those users should have create/update/append privilege on the contact entity and append to privilege on the account entity.
