Pick operation on POS order fulfillment form is greyed out in one environment

We re running DOM on the POS terminal, auto accepting the orders. 

In 3 out of 4 environments the 'Pick' operation is enabled, but in one environment (Customer testing environment) Pick is disabled. 

I have checked the following configuration and all seems to be in order 

  • POS permission groups 
  • Functionality profile 
  • DOM parameters 
  • POS operations with permissions
  • Receipt profiles and formats (Picking list) 

Has anyone come across this before?
