Hello,
I need to create a workflow for Task assignment that could then be chosen as part of customer journey through a Run workflow tile. However, when I create & activate a workflow after which I try to find it through the Run workflow tile choose workflow field, I get No records found. Would you please be able to help me with this?
Possibly I'm choosing the wrong entity (Customer journey / Customer journey workflow link - both tested, same result) of the workflow or the wrong set up of the workflow.

Hi Marianna,
If you'd like to insert a workflow tile into a customer journey, the target entity has to be Contact and it should be an on-demand workflow.
Since the audience of Customer Journey is always a group of Contacts, the workflow in the journey can process contacts only.
