    Hi Ysrael,

If you have a file with the new prices, you can use Data import/export framework to fill a price journal. After the import you can check the details and post the journal.

    Hi Ysrael,

If you're referring to the Item price form, you can import records in a Pending status, and Activate them using the AX client. I've used a 3rd party tool to do this, but I don't see why it wouldn't be possible build an entity to enable DIXF to do it.

    Hi Ysrael,

I was assuming you were referring to a sales price (trade agreements). Guy mentioned the item (cost) prices.

Which prices are you exactly referring to?

Yes, it is the Sales Price. Unfortunately DIXF is not available on our system.

    What version of AX?

If R3, you can easily update prices using the 'Edit in Excel' button on the Trade agreement lines form.

    We have AX 2012 R2 CU6.

On the Trade Agreement journal lines form, you have the 'Select' button, which can be used to populate the journal with lines that you wish to edit. If you can manually type in the new prices, you can use this.

Else, you could try the Excel Add-in to import trade agreement journal lines. I imagine it is easier if you manually create the journal header first. The table to import into is PriceDiscAdmTrans.
