Using Save As to create a new email in Customer Insights

Customer Insights use of "Save As" to create a new email from a pervious email. Users are unable to keep saved changes to fonts. They are seeing font families instead of a single font. Using the bold feature may change entire paragraph not just chosen text. Users find they need to go to the HTML editor to adjust. This seems to be a newer issue, anyone else having issues or have a solution?

    • After "Save As," switch to the HTML editor and manually adjust:
    • Replace font families (font-family: Arial, sans-serif;) with a single font (font-family: Arial;).
    • Ensure bold tags (<strong> or <b>) wrap only the intended text.
