Dual-write sync issues between F&O and Field Service(FS)

Hi folks,

In our scenario, we are trying to sync a field in employee form from F&O to FS. But only for the first time the syncing is not happening and the value is not getting reflected in FS side.

For e.g.: Suppose for an employee in the field employee category there is no value present ,For the first time when we change the value of Employee category field and assign category1, it doesn't get reflected in FS side but when we change the category to category2 and so on it gets properly reflected in FS.

Only for the 1st time there is a sync issue, can someone shed more light on this if they have faced a similar scenario.

Note: Initial sync is also successfully completed
