An employee's expense entries will not total other than the first row. Has anyone ever seen this issue and / or know how to resolve?

Thanks for the suggestions. The client is on 7.01.30213.00 (7.0.0.0) - 7.0 SP1 (BP 4.0.2389.0). I had a co-worker suggest using the tab key instead of the enter key as well. I will suggest this fix to our client.
Thanks again,
Chuck
Hi Chuck,
I found a bug, 49939, on 7.0 FP1 (BP 4.0) that indicates there are issues with the totalling on expense reports if the user uses the enter key while filling out the expense report. This bug is fixed in SL 2011 (BP 5.1). What version are you reporting this issue for?
Also, is the user using the Enter key? If so, maybe use the tab key instead and see if the problem goes away.
Let me know what you find.
Carolyn
Thanks for getting back to me. It is only affecting one user and she is entering her time in Business Portal. If there are any customizations I would think it would affect everyone.

Hi Chuck,
Are the employees entering expense reports in Dynamics SL or in Business Portal? Did this issue just happen or has it been going on for a while? Also, is this just for one user or workstation?
Could it be that you have a customization on the screen or, if in BP, you have customized the page?
