Microsoft Dynamics GP (Archived)

PDf invoice does not attach to email when outlook is already open.

just installed new PC - Windows 7, office 2010 and Greatplains 10.  When we try to email an invoice in pdf the system freezes and does not attach the invoice to the email.  However if we do the same with outlook closed it does work.  Does anyone have a solution to this please.
