Question about GP Subscription Licensing

Hi All,

I'm reviewing the GP Subscription price list to get a prospect a quote, but just wanted to be sure of a couple of things first. Hoping to confirm the following:

1. There is NO upfront cost to the customer?

2. SQL licensing is not included and should be obtained separately by the customer?

If anyone could shed some light on the below, I would be very grateful. Thanks!

Hi Richard,

Thanks for the response. I was actually inquiring about the subscription model (pay per month). The partnersource maintains two separate price lists - one for perpetual, one for subscription. The reason I ask about this is, well ,to be honest, it seems a little too good to be true pricewise. I've seen other ERP's charge an upfront cost in addition to the monthly charge when they 'lease' the software via subscription.

The cost to the client is the price of the software plus at least 18% annual maintenance. The can purchase SQL Runtime with their GP order. They do not need to purchase SQL separately.
