Purchase Order - Ordered qty blank

Hi, 

Upon trying to receipt a product in the WH it advises to contact supervisor. From looking at the PO, the only thing that stands out as being incorrect is when looking in line details. The qty and delivery remainder is correct, but the within the ordered column this is showing as blank rather than 110.

No processes have been made against the PO to receipt/receive and there are no lines of work carried out. So a little unsure why this is getting stuck and the ordered box blank.
 
The PO is open and in confirmed status also FYI.

    You can review this document and when there are data discrepancies or corruption on a purchase order line, you can resolve these issues by updating the purchasing status, delivery remaining, and/or invoice remaining of the related purchase order line, as described in the following procedure.

    Hi,
    You can check the corresponding record in the database to see if the corresponding quantity is blank, if it is not blank in the database, it may be a problem with the settings. You can check the settings of the PO module, on the Purchase & Payables Setup page, the field Default Qty. to Receive you can set the value to Remainder or Blank. If the field is also blank in the database, it may be a problem with the data or logic, and you should consider whether it has been customized.
