we have set up workflow so that general journals need to be approved and it is running successfully. How does an auditor check who authorised a particular journal? I expected something like "approved by" in the gl entry line but i do not see anything?
Hi, please check the Approval Entries or Approval Request Entries page. As far as I know, all data associated with Workflow is saved on these pages.
And this should require customization if you wish to also display it in the General Journal.
