I have question regarding licences.
Can someone please explain if we as company are able to purchase licences: MS CRM 365 Customer Engagement.
Are we able to use all the MS CRM features regarding Sales and marketing module, and what needs to
be purchased separately to use features to link CRM with LinkedIn?

You can buy Customer Engagement Plan license license this includes Sales (this includes Marketing as well not the full fledged Online only Marketing module), Customer Service, Fields Service, Project Service Automation and others.
Many customers go for CE Plan because, eventually they will need ticket/incident management system and some field service but it actually depends on your requirement.
If you only need the Sales, and you do not want to waste your money on other modules that you wont use at all, you could consider Application based licensing model as well
