exporting extra database

Hi,
I am learning Business Central.
When i am exporting data (for example customer, table id 18) there are some extra no. of database records also inserted. please let me know how to fix that.

    Can you provide more information? Are you exporting the data using configuration packages? When you mention 'extra database records,' do you mean there are more records than you need in the exported data, or are additional tables being exported? If you're using configuration packages and there are more records than you need, you can use filters in configuration packages to only export the data you need.

    Hello,
    Thank you replying to the post.
    Yes, i am exporting customer data by using configuration packages and getting extra no. of records (for example when i am writing the table id 18, it says customer and no. of records are 22, when after exporting the no. of records goes up to 36, so 14-15 extra no. of records i am getting with every export)   please let me know how to fix them. i don't want extra no. of records to be exported with my data.

    This should not happen. Unless your permission only allows you to see limited records.
    You can directly click on table 18 on the page to see how many records there are in total.

    my permissions looks good. its only the export process through configuration packages which exporting 50+ more extra no. of records/ database in my excel file. can you please help .
    Also, there are too many extra customers (all blank, just a number series associated with them) please let em know how to delete them in a bulk.

    It is recommended to delete them through Configuration Package.
