ReportI really need some help on this one. My company uses an addon titled signature. This addon for Great Plains allows my mobile work technicians to go out into the field, conduct equipment maintenance and then synch on their mobile device back to "home office". It also allows them to capture pics, attach documents (pdf, xls, etc) and then add them to the service call. Obviously the attachments are coming back here during the synch. As of two weeks ago the ability to view them at the home office was working just fine. Now, i get errors regarding the viewing of them. See attached screenshots. I have checked the path and it hasnt changed. While I know GP is displaying path not found, I can't help but feel this is a permissions related issue.
