I have installed GP 2013,want to customize form using Visual Basic for Applications(VBA),modifier is dimmed in GP2013.

This is registration issue.
Go to Tools-->Setup-->System-->Registration. In registration window, enter your product key and click OK to register. If you don't have product key, contact your partner source to get the key and register.
