Dear AR01 This issue is related to USERINFO D365 F&O is not recognizing your user

Now this can be related many things but I try to write everything can cause this

    1. If you changed Local agent config file and you enabled office365AdfsCompatibility  to true and than you forgot steps of  existing deployment SID resetting.  Please follow steps on this link. and after step 12 restart all your vms including dc ,adfs an nodes

    2. This link is for general sing-in issues.

    docs.microsoft.com/.../troubleshoot-on-prem

if you can not able to solve with this link you need to open event viewers on the aos nodes you have to look all there nodes because you don't know which one is accepting your request. Then there ll be an error like The SID is not in the

USER INFO database then copy this SID from eventviwer and update your USERINFO with this.

    I hope this will help

Login is successful but after the redirect to FO, it gives this:

I have seen this issue in DevBox, so updating the UserInfo always fix this but not on this on-premise test environment.

You don't need to change, These adressess are correct. Can you send me a screen shot when you facing login error on adfs login page. What was the error message is that :

Incorrect user ID or password. Enter the correct user ID and password and try again.

Or you are not seeing any error messages ?

Yes, we can do that but I will keep that as last option.

On Microsoft document, I see this on 19th step. Can you tell me which URL I need to use in the 2nd statement, I have used the same URL, thinking that it is needed in Office by default:

Do I need to change it?

I think I was long shot but there was problem when you change ADFS values on the deployment. Last time I was facing a problem which was ,I want to change ADFS address but i can not succeed. so if it was not been a big trouble can you just delete this environment and make a fresh deployment. I think this will solve all your problems.

I have created Microsoft ticket and the issue is on their side now for like 48+hrs. I see the following error as well, do you think that this is related to our problem?

You should not use config template you have to use your config json on the deployed envoriment like this

    .\Test-ADFSConfiguration.ps1 -ConfigurationJsonFilePath "\\SBAOSUTL\agent\wp\EMSASB\StandaloneSetup-830508\config.json"

    Thanks Murat,

I checked the event-viewers and found no errors on AOSs or ADFS. On the test ADFS script I found the following error:

I highly reccomend restart adfs and aosservers. Than re-try if you get same error. Than look at AOS nodes and ADFS node evenviwer. It has to be some error about the login then we can investigate much more.

Also please run TestAdfs server  powershell script on the ADFS machine again.
