Apologies I have posted this on D365Operations as well but it is relevant to AX2012R3 also.
I was wondering if anyone can help. I have setup some discounts against a call centre. Individual % discount against an item, a mic and match discount that is buy 3 get 1 free and a threshold discount that is spend $200 and get 10% discount on all items (this is so I can have total order discount for spend over $250). It works fine except for the threshold with the mix and match. The threshold is taken on each line on the order except where there is a mix and match discount.
I know a mix and match is supposed to be setup as exclusive but I tried it as compounded as well with the same result.
I can't use the trade agreements total discount calculation option as it is greyed out when using call centre on a sales order.
Is there a way to get 10% on the total order regardless of other discounts on the order.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
