Custom Field is Locked From Editing

Hello,

I've created a new field on the Account entity and as an admin i can actually access the values from the field and select one. However, when a sales user is trying to select a value from the field, it appears locked for editing. Note that the security level on the field is disabled. How can i solve that?

The field is Territory. Its values comes from the Territory table. (lookup field)

I have the same question (0)

    Is it a lookup field?

Check whether the referenced table also has permissions.
