All entity forms on UAT have the same issue this morning, when I click "submit" button, js console show below error.
To simplify this issue, I have removed all js in header/footer, and just show pure entity form in the blank page. issue is still there.
then I found some attributes cannot be decoded when portal render the entity form.

This issue happened after this weekend. I guess it is from ms cloud end upgrade? becuase I don't think I changed any related setting recently.
does anyone have similar issue and know how to change it? Thanks in advance.
