Issue while upgrade BC Cloud 24.5 to BC Cloud 25.0

Hi All,
 
We are facing the below issue on a cloud while Upgrade from BC24.5 to BC 25 on Production 
 
 
 
Please let me know if anyone faces the same issue or has idea

    yes, we didn't get any issues on Sandbox for an upgrade from BC 24 to BC 25. Everything went well on the sandbox

    Have you tried upgrading the production environment again? Firstly refresh environment and then try again.

    Yes, we tried 4-5 times and faced the same issue. Microsoft should show errors in detail so we can figure out and find the solutions.

    This type of the internal server error raised before with V22: https://community.dynamics.com/blogs/post/?postid=eed2fee6-fd02-ef11-a73d-000d3a7cd297
     
    One more Suggestion: Uninstall extension and try to upgrade again. if still you encounter same issue then raised SR. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/services-hub/unified/support/open-support-requests
