Completed Timecard

Hello.

We have a completed Timecard that we are trying to push through in Dynamics SL

1). It cannot be approved in Time Review and Approval because there is a line item requiring a Project Managers Approval in Business Portal.

2). It cannot be approved in Business Portal because the Project Field is Blank in timecard entry yet somehow this line item is showing up as requiring a Project Managers Approval. It does not show up anywhere in Business Portal to be approved.

3). It cannot be deleted or edited in Timecard entry because the status is "Completed".

4). It cannot be corrected because it is already a timecard document created in the Timecard corrections screen and is a document correcting the initial timecard entry.

Any advice on how to delete / edit / or approve this timecard to push it through for Billing and month end close is appreciated.

Thanks again.

In BP, go to Approvals>Executive Line Item Approvals.  You can then change the "Find Projects by" to Company.  This will show all line item approval docs for the company.  From there you can approve or reject the line item.
