In a Trial: "This page has a marketing form embedded on it, but the domain where this page is published isn't whitelisted for use with that form."

In a fresh Marketing Trial, when clicking the Subscription Center Link in one of the OOB Template Emails, I get this error:

"This page has a marketing form embedded on it, but the domain where this page is published isn't whitelisted for use with that form. Please go to Dynamics 365 Marketing and add this domain to the whitelist for the form embedded here."

What is the fastest way to get around this and to be able to test/showcase the subscription center in a Trial?
