HQ Store Quantities don't Match the quantities in Each Store

 I have 3 Stores and when I use the Check Stores in Store Ops Manager I get the correct quantity in each store, but If I am In Headquarters Manager and look at the same Item the counts are not correct when I got to the Store Quantity Tab.

 

What can I do to correct this and what worksheets do I run ?

    If you r tryiing to say "When you are going to check the quantity in check store and its display diffreent then HQ then you have to run 501 task Full items count it will be take 1 hour for each store and may be during this task you can see  your system is hang of HQ will be hang for some moment after finish this in the wizard you have to run count items quantity and the you can see changes and from my suggestion you have to do this thing once in a month m used to do this

    Hi Kevin

    If you have discrepancies between HQ and store(s), in HQ create and approve worksheet 501 Request Full Item Count.  Process this worksheet by connecting the store(s) with HQ  -  this loads the store(s) current item quantities onto HQ, but doesn't actually set the HQ quantities to match the store - for this, in HQ run (in maintenance mode) Inventory Wizard Task 190 Perform Item Reconciliation - go thru the screens until the last screen, where you will see items with discrepancies.  To set HQ to match the store(s), click COMMIT.
