Create a new Company from other production company

i have 2 DB TEST and Production . i need to create new company on the test by copying all the master data ( chart of account , Posting setup , ....etc ) from the company on the production to a new company on the test

Any ideas ?

Use the Export Data function to export the company data and Import that in the TEST DB. You need to make sure all the tables in both DB have the same schema.

You can use RapidStart or Import/Export company data. If you need only setup and master data, I think that RapidStart is the quickest way.
