I would definitely consider the tool provided by Mohammad Daoud, it is free and tested in several sites with not issues.
I would like to add up that Daoud has posted an updated regarding the source of the tool, it currently retrieve from Yahoo and Google. Here is the updated post Exchange Rates Feed

rredman52, You can also setup integrations in integration manager to update the exchange rates daily.
