Dataverse Analytics reports no longer showing Active Users or API Calls since 01/08/2025

Hello Community,

Across multiple environments, multiple tenants, with multiple different user accounts, I see Active User and API Call data cease to display on the Dataverse Analytics reports in Power Platform admin center post January 8th.

Data prior to that date is normal, but there's just nothing for those categories after that date.

Analytics > Dataverse

Most panels on the home tab are blank, but I do see data on the plug-ins panel.

Active Users, Mode of Access, Entity Usage and API Calls Statistics are empty.

I do see data on:

System Jobs, Plug-ins and Mailbox usage

Is anyone else seeing the same?

I've checked the permissions of the user accounts I've been testing with, and everything looks as it should according to the documentation, using the Environment Admin role:

Same here. None of my or my customer's environments are showing any data past 01/08 either. XRMToolbox analytics receives no data either.

And yet, Admin Center health shows no issues.

Wonder if this is just another "upgrade" to push some other new service.

Looking today, I am again seeing data in these reports. Not sure what changed.
